1. Tips before the PCE 2025 exam

Here are 10 key tips for the days leading up to exams:

  1. Rest wellGetting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day is essential to consolidating what you've learned and performing at your best. Avoid studying until the early hours of the morning just before the exam.
  2. Food and hydrationMaintain a balanced diet with fruits, nuts, whole grains, proteins, and vegetables. Drink water frequently.
  3. Physical exercise: Light activities such as walking or stretching reduce stress and improve sleep.
  4. Disconnection timeWatching a series, reading, or taking a walk helps clear your mind and recharge your batteries.
  5. Confirm the place and time of the exam: Check the exam schedule and center in your UNEDasiss profile. Use Google Maps to plan how to get there and what time to leave.
  6. Review the essentialsUse your diagrams or mind maps. Don't try to cover everything; focus on what you already know.
  7. Ask your teachers: Take advantage of their advice to review the topics you find most difficult.
  8. View the examImagine yourself answering confidently. This helps reduce nerves and build confidence.
  9. Prepare everything you need: Make a list with ID, pens, watch (if allowed), water… and have it ready the day before.
  10. Simulate the exam: Practice with real models to better manage your time.

3. How the university admission score is calculated in Spain

For students with a foreign baccalaureate (Annex II):

UNEDasiss Rating (up to 10 points)

UNEDasiss rating = 4 + (NMB × 0,2) + (M1 × 0,1) + (M2 × 0,1) + (M3 × 0,1) + (M4 × 0,1)

  • NMB: Average Baccalaureate Grade approved or calculated by UNED.
  • M1-M4: Grades in subjects with at least a 5.

Admission Note (up to 14 points)

Admission Grade = UNEDasiss Grade + (M5 × 0,2) + (M6 × 0,2)

  • M5 and M6: The two best grades in subjects that carry a weight of 0,2 for your degree.

Baccalaureate Modality

To access public universities (e.g. Madrid):

  • Or: minimum 5 on general trunk, route trunk and one specific one.
  • Or: average of 5 among the four PCEs presented.

Objective: Obtain 20 points among the 4 best PCE, and pass subjects that weigh 0,2.

Good afternoon, I'd like to know if you prepare for the entrance exam for those over 25 at Rey Juan Carlos University. I'd like to be able to enroll in the nursing program. This would be my fourth time taking it, and I only managed to pass once with a 4 at UNED, but I never get into the program. I'd also like to know what other options I have, since I can't afford a private school. Thank you.
